High-quality acrylic car paint from Glasurit in spray or pen form. Mixed and bottled by dasAuto to match the original colour code of the vehicle exactly for repairing damage to the paintwork.

Paint pipette:
Special repair paint pipette with a 0.2 mm outlet for precise dosing and positioning of repair paint.
The new method for repairing stone chips.

Sanding block:
3 x 3 cm sanding block

Sandpaper:
P2000 wet sandpaper from 3M, cut into 3 cm wide strips

 

Tips for use

Surface preparation:

• Thoroughly clean the bodywork of dirt, grease and dust.
• Remove any rust.
• The substrate must be sanded, clean, dry and free of grease.
• Apply primer. Once dry, sand briefly (P600 sandpaper).

Painting:

• Shake the spray paint well for approx. 3 minutes before use. The spray distance should be approx. 25 cm. Spray several thin coats at intervals of 3 – 5 minutes.
• To protect the metal pigments in metallic paintwork, it is essential to seal with 2 coats of clear lacquer.
